The Character of God and the Gospel Glossary
The glossary is a collection of detailed definitions for over70 words/terms that, to varying degrees, are misunderstood in relation to the character of God and even the gospel.

Entries are several pages each and include definitions according to both the Traditional Legal Model and Biblical Healing Model of the gospel, dictionary definitions and, especially, analysis of how the Bible itself uses the words in context. To understand the message of the Bible you need to know the meaning of the words as the Bible uses them. And the best way to get that understanding is to allow the Bible to be its own dictionary.

The glossary continues to grow. Below is the list of terms included (showing as links) and yet to be added (plain text):

There are still about 10 words/terms to be added. Studies have been done for some of them but are not yet edited.

Also, there are definitions for supplementary terms (that do not appear in the Bible):

The glossary is available as a single PDF file which can be downloaded from the Resources page https://characterofgod.org/resources#glossary. However, a number terms have not yet been added to that.

Help Spread the Truth
Please help spread this message of an ever-merciful, God of love. Here are several suggestions that might give you an idea of what you can do. I am open to suggestions.

• Books – request them (they are free), read them, share them.
• Tell others – you can tell others that God forgives every sin because He does. It is our receiving (acceptance of) forgiveness that is conditional.
• Add a link – if you have a website or blog and can add a link to characterofGod.org where it would be suitable that can helps bring more visitors.
• Add a bookmark to characterofGod.org in your browser software and refer to it often for word definitions and other information.
• Social media – include a comment about and link to a favorite article on social media sites.
• Comment – adding supportive comments to pages on characterofGod.org adds interest for others. They encourage me too.
• Pray that others will be lead to learn the true character of a God Who loves them without reserve.
• Ask questions you might have on God’s character. I can’t promise to answer them all but will try to or at least direct to an answer. If questions are short, to the point and clearly written you are more likely to get an answer.

Free Materials
There are a number of books offered free of charge (even postage is paid) at the resources page. Thank you to those who have generously donated to help others receive books. Please don’t feel you need to donate in order to request a book – the truth of God’s character needs to go out. A few items are described below but there are many more available.

The Final Message of Mercy to the World 

This nicely-Illustrated free booklet by Dr. Tim Jennings relates the message of the three angels of Revelation chapter 14 to the end of the world.   The law of God and His justice are well-explained. It has been added to the resources page. It can be downloaded as a free PDF file.
